Your missions

Description

 

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled medical practitioner to join our healthcare team as a consultant.   

As a PCG consultant, you will offer expert advice on project plans for our healthcare clients, potentially work directly with clients, and have the opportunity to provide specialized medical care to patients, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of top-notch patient care. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical consultations, assessments, and examinations to diagnose and treat medical conditions. 
  • Developing and implementing patient treatment plans, in consultation with other healthcare professionals 
  • Providing specialized medical advice and guidance to other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals 
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols 
  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in medical research and best practice, and applying this knowledge to patient care 
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, and complying with relevant legal and ethical guidelines 
  • Undertaking administrative duties as required, including writing reports, attending team meetings, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. 
  • Ensuring that all clinical practice meets relevant professional and ethical standards and adhering to applicable federal and state regulations. 



Requirements


  • Medical degree from an accredited institution 
  • Board certification in a relevant medical specialty 
  • Active medical license in the state of practice 
  • Demonstrable experience in a specialized medical field, with a track record of successful clinical outcomes 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments in complex and challenging situations. 
  • Commitment to continuing medical education and professional development, and a willingness to keep up to date with the latest developments in medical research and practice. 
  • Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations, and adherence to relevant legal and ethical guidelines
