Outbound Sales Representative (Work from Home)

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cold calls from a provided list to potential clients, identifying the decision-maker, qualifying the potential client, and setting up an appointment for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from a provided list
  • Identify and qualify potential clients and decision-makers
  • Introduce and promote our company's products and services to clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Set up appointments for our sales team with qualified leads
  • Document and update customer information in the company database

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify potential clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software and sales databases
  • Ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection
  • High school diploma or equivalent
