• Collect, compile, and organize data from various sources for analysis and research projects
  
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical techniques and data analysis tools
  
• Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate research findings effectively
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and project requirements
  
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  
• Monitor industry trends and stay updated with relevant research developments
  
• Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and data collection methods
  
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy
  
• Interpret and summarize research findings in clear and concise reports
  
• Contribute to research planning, strategy, and methodology discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree is a plus)
  
• Proven experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar research role
  
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R, etc.)
  
• Familiarity with research methodologies, survey design, and data collection techniques
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
  
• Ability to interpret and synthesize complex information
  
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  
• Proficiency in research software and tools
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
