Job description

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Pleasing Personality(Video conference with CEO and Business Managers is a must for the role.) - Sales and Recruiters
  • Good Comprehension Skills and Enthusiastic!
  • Can start ASAP! - We have onboarding every Monday
  • Must have 20mbps internet
  • For Sales:
  • We WILL TRAIN the right candidates. NO SALES Experience is necessary, but the candidate must be comfortable, self-motivating, and address rejection.
  • Experienced in handling B2B/B2C outbound/inbound calling, Real Estate, Appointment setting, Client Management, and Discovery calls. (ADVANTAGE!!)
  • For Recruiters:
  • Must have at least 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Familiar with the use of LinkedIn (preferred)
  • Experienced in end-to-end recruiting process and US Recruitment (ADVANTAGE!!)
