PCG Consulting group is a dynamic and innovative technology-driven organization that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives. We're currently partnered with Deloitte and is looking for an Adobe LMS Trainer to join our team.


We are looking for a Senior level Adobe LMS trainer with a professional demeanor that will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Adobe Learning Management System (LMS) within our organization by creating and delivering comprehensive training programs. This role involves collaborating with the cross-program Change & Communications team to develop and execute a Change & Communications plan, as well as designing and conducting training sessions for system administrators, users, and owners of the Adobe LMS platform.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Collaborate on Change & Communications Plan: Work closely with the cross-program Change & Communications team to   develop, implement, and maintain a Change & Communications plan for the Adobe LMS rollout or updates. This includes identifying key stakeholders, communication channels, and strategies to promote awareness and adoption of the LMS platform.
  2. Create Training Collateral: Develop training materials, including user guides, manuals, tutorials, and online resources, to support system administrators, users, and owners in effectively utilizing the Adobe LMS. Ensure that training collateral is comprehensive, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational objectives and best practices.
  3. Design Training Sessions: Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions tailored to the needs and skill levels of different user groups, including system administrators, users, and owners. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and tools to enhance learning outcomes and promote user competency with the Adobe LMS platform.
  4. Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions to educate users on various aspects of the Adobe LMS, such as navigation, content management, reporting, and troubleshooting. Provide hands-on demonstrations, interactive activities, and opportunities for questions and feedback to ensure participant engagement and comprehension.
  5. Assess Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and performance metrics. Use feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and refine training approaches to better meet the needs of users and achieve learning objectives.
  6. Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support and assistance to users following training sessions, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing additional resources or guidance as needed. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization's Adobe LMS community.
Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the context of learning management systems or technology implementations.
  • Familiarity with Adobe LMS or similar learning management platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and instruct diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using various software tools, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or eLearning authoring tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Passion for learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in training and technology-enhanced learning.
