We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a Senior UI/UX Designer to work with a Platinum Atlassian Marketplace vendor. This role involves not only the creation and implementation of UI/UX designs for Atlassian Marketplace apps but also enhancing existing designs using Atlassian's Atlas Kit. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team operating in the Japan timezone, focusing on delivering intuitive and efficient user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

*Design Development and Enhancement: Employ Atlas Kit to refine existing designs and create new UI/UX designs for Atlassian apps.

*Collaboration and Research: Collaborate with product managers and developers, conduct user research, and utilize feedback to guide design decisions.

*Prototype and Standards: Develop prototypes and contribute to design standards, maintaining a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience trends.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

*Experience with Atlas Kit: Proficiency in using Atlas Kit for enhancing and creating designs.

*Proven UI/UX Expertise: Significant experience in UI/UX design within the Atlassian ecosystem or similar environments.

*Technical and Communication Skills: Strong skills in design software and excellent communication abilities for effective teamwork.

*Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to solve complex design challenges and adapt to different time zones, aligning with the Japan time zone.
