Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers by phone to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and follow-up on leads generated through various channels
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients and keep accurate records of interactions
  • Listen to customer needs and tailor product pitches to meet their requirements
  • Provide information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Achieve daily and monthly call quotas and sales targets
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while communicating with customers
  • Collect and document customer feedback for analysis and improvement
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate offerings


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role
  • Fluency in both English  languages is essential
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone presence
  • Strong active listening skills and customer-centric approach
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent and positive
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
