Job Overview: 

Looking for someone with a strong sales and business development background. Experience in working with
 BPO or global outsourcing, Staffing and Recruiting companies would be highly regarded. The role requires someone that has strong initiative and would be able to work independently from home.


The role includes but not limited to:
  • Lead generation through Linkedin and other platforms
  • Client prospecting through public websites/domains and business directories
  • Conducting Zoom Calls and Sales calls
  • Able to speak to western business owners and executives on the phone via remote video conference calls
  • The freedom to target sectors that you have previous exposure to and continue to build on your industry knowledge and exposure
  • Tapping into SkyDesk and associated businesses existing database of clients and cross sell remote staffing solution
  • Work with CRM Systems
  • Work with warm leads that is generated through marketing and worth of mouth referrals


Requirements
Requirements
  • Strong sales and business development aptitude (3 - 5 years plus)
  • Extensive Lead generation experience
  • Past experience in recruitment and BPO Solution sales would be highly regarded
  • Experience in company research and knowing who to talk in businesses with different sizes
  • Ability to have strategic conversations with business executives
  • An instinct for business opportunities and a hunters mindset
  • Ability to generate your own outsourcing client leads and bring on customers that would be extremely valued
  • Strong communicator· Have the tenacity to conduct consistent follow ups to close deals
