Business Systems Analyst (Level II)
Overview
Lima Consulting Group is looking for an exceptional, highly motivated Business Systems Analyst, who is eager to be part of a fast-growing international digital transformation consultancy. You will be part of a team that is experiencing rapid growth and was ranked as one of Philadelphia's 100 Fastest Growing Firms by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Your background in process optimization and familiarity with accounting will immediately enable you to add value our clients Digital Transformation. We are currently building a best in class platform with the implementation of NetSuite, Workfront and several other specific tools. You will be a key member on the implementation project and in the post-go live organization.
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience supporting Finance teams in their use of NetSuite and managing post go-live enhancement projects and strategic initiatives. You will work remotely from within the Philadelphia greater metropolitan area, and in the future, once its safe to return to the office, we would like you to work in person in Philadelphia 2-3 days/ week.
Responsibilities
· Structure ambiguous problems and take appropriate actions to solve them
· Define commercial strategies in the sales & marketing domain and draft recommendations for loyalty programs, customer journey optimization, investments in analytics, and investments in automations that optimize desired business outcomes.
· Proven ability to lead teams of subject matter experts here at LCG, our technology partners, our customers and their 3rd party consultants to achieve consensus based on customer requirements.
· Ability to communicate with decision-makers in a structured manner. Create presentations, documentations and other artifacts to clearly articulate the problem definition, alternatives evaluated, decision criteria, and recommendations.
· Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality various marketing technology and operational technology solutions are driving value and efficiency for our clients.
· Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
· Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations
· Using Signavio, a BPMN2.0 compliant business process modeling tool, document business processes As-Is by conducting stakeholder interviews
· Design To-Be processes in collaborate with existing stakeholders and technology partners
· Assist in writing business requirements by interviewing stakeholders and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes and developing specific migration plans to execute the desired business outcomes
· Review Functional Specification and design documents to ensure they meet business requirements
Other Duties:
· Earns the Workfront Project Manager Certification within 3 months of starting
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; researching trends, following market activities, M&A activity, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; monitoring competitors, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Bonus Points:
· 3+ years strategy consulting experience
· Lean Six Sigma Black Belt · PMI Certification
· Experience in implementing workflows, process simulation tools, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
· Proficient communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners at various levels and to understand and express complex concepts
Eligibility Requirements:
· 3+Experience as an internal or external consultant
· Degree in marketing, economics, business, MIS, systems engineering, computer science and/or related fields.
· 2+ years experience of process optimization experience in large companies
· Experience in documenting processes using Business Process Modeling Notation 2.0 compliant notation (BPMN2.0)
· Project Management experience leading with and managing 3rd party consultants and internal resources
