Job description

This is a remote position.

• Salary: Php 17,500 - 22,500

Job Responsibilities:

We are searching for a friendly and highly analytical customer service specialist to join our customer care team. In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve issues via appropriate channels, maintain knowledge of our products and services and obtain customer feedback.

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via website, email, live chat, phone, and social media channels.
• Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
• Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
• Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
• Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and websites and, reach out to provide assistance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

Requirements
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
• Experience working in Airbnb or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
• Understanding of how CRM systems work ( www.guesty.com)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough cases.
• The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
