Job description

This is a remote position.

You will be one of the main points of contact for our customers, responsibilities include: 

  • Understanding our customers' goals and requirements, breaking them down into clear instructions for the research team. 

  • Regular interaction with our customers to ensure that their DataBees service is aligned with their overall business goals

  • Ensuring consistent, high quality deliverables are produced on time by our research team

  • Respond to everyday customer queries

  • Work closely with the leadership team to improve processes and ensure DataBees customers have an exceptional customer experience from the beginning to the end of the life cycle

  • Work with sales to ensure new customers are onboarded quickly and effectively
