Job description

This is a remote position.

Location: flexible/remote

We are looking for a Head of Compliance to join our global team.

 

This role will involve to set-up and oversee the global compliance function, including role-out of compliance policies and ensure compliance of the group locally. You will report to the Chief Legal Officer and work closely with our international Delivery team, HR function business leads and business leaders across different countries to ensure an efficient business partnership to support Roboyo’s exponential growth.



Within this role, your responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Support day-to-day legal and compliance matters across all business units and support functions.
  • Facilitate training and providing advice with regards to corporate policies, codes of conduct, and applicable rules and regulations including promotional compliance, data privacy, requirements, trade sanctions, transparency reporting, third party due diligence, ABAC compliance.
  • Provide advice on laws, regulations and guidelines applicable to the professional services and it industry with a focus on privacy, anti bribery, esg, employee security etc.
  • Navigate grey areas and effective education on and raising awareness of legal and compliance boundaries within an evolving legal and regulatory framework and growing business.
  • Support procurement activities including vendor assessment and Request for Proposal (RFP) activity.
  • Support the CLO to stay aligned with evolving global standards.


Requirements
  • 4 + years of experience in compliance management, data protection, and enterprise risk management within a multinational company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in compliance management.
  • Certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is highly desirable.
  • Strong policy development and implementation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Team player in a fast-paced and diverse high-performance culture.
