Your missions

This is a remote position.

As a Load Coordinator, you will be the liaison between carriers and the Carrier's Sales, Operations and Sales Team. In this position, you will also proactively identify potential problems and work with your team to find solutions. You will maintain accurate records reflecting tracing updates and pertinent load details. 



Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Rack vessel/container on the water until arrival to final destination.
  • Check for any holds and LFD once the container arrives for dray pick up - if the container is not available, we need to know why and communicate the issue to the customer AM.
  • For exports, confirm loading dates and vessel receiving dates.
  • Once available, coordinate delivery/loading with carrier and customer AM.

-        Communicate with the carrier for any load updates throughout the entire shipment.

-        Pass along load updates to customer AM.

  • Once the load is delivered and integrated - follow up with the carrier for POD, final charges, and any other necessary paperwork.
  • Once finals are received, pass along to customer AM, update carrier charges, send updated RC to the carrier, and add completed watchlist.
  • Double-check charges are the customer approves accurate and accessorial orders before adding a complete watchlist and sending an updated RC.
  • Keep loads updated in 3G, starting with accepted status until complete.

-        Includes accepted, picked, dropped, delivered, integrated, and completed Carrier Sales Reviewed watchlist.

-        Boards should be updated in real-time (no past dates), accurate load status, and updated watchlists.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator.
  • Excellent English communication, reading, and writing skills.
