Job Description: As a Mid-level and Senior Azure API and Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining API solutions using Azure services. You will play a crucial role in integrating various systems and ensuring seamless data flow across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement APIs using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
• Manage and monitor Azure Service Bus and API gateways, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain a management plane, self-hosted gateway, and developer portal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate systems using Azure services.
• Develop and optimize Python scripts and REST API solutions for various applications.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in API development and Azure service utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and API integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in API development and integration.
• Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
• Strong experience in Python programming and REST API development.
• Familiarity with API gateway and management plane concepts.
• Knowledge of CIS NIST standards and experience in government-specific IT environments (preferred).
• Background in healthcare IT systems and compliance with HIPAA regulations (preferred).
