Job description

Who We Are Looking For

As the Enterprise Sales Rep, you’ll focus on identifying and creating new business with large, multi-clinic practices, including hospital networks. To be successful in this role, you’ve got to be a master presenter—especially in front of C-level decision-makers, private equity backers, and clinic directors. Additionally, you’ve got to be a natural hunter—skilled in tracking down opportunities and staying hot on their heels until you make the sale. To that end, this role requires you to meet with existing and potential customers in-person to build and nurture relationships. **

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team**

  • Manage all aspects of territory growth and development within your assigned region. Additionally, you’ll maintain relationships with current customers.
  • Educate clinics—particularly C-suite executives—on the benefits of WebPT by providing online and in-person presentations.
  • Hunt for new enterprise sales opportunities, build relationships, generate interest in WebPT, and create a sense of urgency for conversion.
  • Analyze market and industry trends to develop appropriate sales strategy and planning. From following the latest buzz and attending conferences to conducting market research and interviewing subject-matter experts, this role involves major investigative work. Know the competition and understand the market.
  • Partner with WebPT leaders and internal teams on a regular basis to help qualify leads and sales opportunities.
  • Close like a clutch, ninth-inning pitcher coming into a World Series game with a one-run lead—and do it every time.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives and quotas.
  • Keep detailed accounts and records in SalesForce.
  • Get ready to fly by the seat of your pants. This role is ever-evolving—just like WebPT—so while you don’t need to be Cirque du Soleil flexible, we may occasionally ask you to do a few cartwheels, or at least try some things outside of your wheelhouse.

What You Should Have To Qualify

  • Be a true salesperson—one who’s resourceful, results-oriented, hands-on, and accustomed to working with a team.
  • Be a hunter—not a farmer. For you, the rumble in your belly never goes away, because you’re always hungry for new leads, prospects, and business opportunities. And you’ve proven that you won’t stop until you feed that craving.
  • Walk the SaaS walk and talk the SaaS talk—and have a proven track record of using those skills to convert inbound leads as well as hunt down new ones.
  • Navigate the C-level seas like a fearless master and commander.
  • Build new and consistent sales pipelines like an expert architect.
  • Satisfy your wanderlust cravings. This role requires face-to-face meetings with prospects, which means you’ll rack up a few frequent flier miles.
  • Crave knowledge. There’s a lot to learn when it comes to electronic medical records, the basic operations of rehab therapy clinics, and the wants and needs of the company and its customers. We want you to become a guru on all these topics.
  • Remain cool under pressure. Things can get pretty hectic at times, so we want to make sure you keep calm and carry on through even the most stressful of circumstances.
  • Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable—in short, own your role entirely, while being open to critiques, suggestions, and new ideas.
  • Rock the mic like a vandal—not just in karaoke, but in all forms of communication (i.e., talk well and write good stuff). We’re talking impeccable communication skills. You’re representing WebPT, after all, and we take our brand seriously.
  • Jibe with our company culture. We’re talkin’ energy, integrity, positivity, a hunger for knowledge, and a passion for sales, service, and business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • At least five years of enterprise software sales
  • Experience using SalesForce
  • Be located in the Southeast region as this position will support that territory.

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

  • MBA or related graduate-level degree
  • Experience in a company with a SaaS business model
  • Experience in the healthcare industry

Culture is at our Core

  • Service: Create Raving Fans
  • Accountability: F Up; Own Up
  • Attitude: Possess True Grit
  • Personality: Be Minty
  • Work Ethic: Be Rock Solid
  • Community Outreach: Give Back
  • Health and Wellness: Live Better
  • Resource Efficiency: Do Más With Menos
