Your missions

Who We Are Looking For

As a WebPT Member Services Specialist, you’ll work your magic center stage and behind the scenes to assist our Members as well as our Operations department. Using your critical thinking skills and vast knowledge of our software, you’ll efficiently and accurately complete Member requests and perform financial transactions. To do so, you’ll need to learn the WebPT application inside and out, including all key administrative functions—but, don’t worry, with your amazing skills, you’ll make it look easy. **

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team**

  • Respond to a variety of account related questions quickly and accurately.
  • Adhere to process documentation for all account changes to ensure accuracy
  • Process new sales orders timely and accurately
  • Perform account audits and make adjustments when needed; pay close attention to detail.
  • Accurately fulfill member requests to account changes in a timely manner. This includes license adjustments, module adjustments, location adds, cancellations, account restructures, invoice requests etc.
  • Stay in communication with each member until you’ve resolved his or her request and ensure the request is fully addressed
  • Research accounts and make informed decisions when crediting members.
  • Monitor and track all support cases within WebPT’s help desk and customer relationship. management (CRM) systems.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and compliance regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Complete data-entry tasks,
  • Assist in project-based work for account adjustments or revenue assurance
  • Reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks.

What You Should Have To Qualify

  • Strong communication (i.e., communicate effectively over the phone and via email).
  • Remain focused under pressure. Things can get pretty hectic at times, so we want to make sure you keep calm and carry on through even the most stressful of circumstances.
  • Smoothly navigate multiple web applications.
  • Proficient with online meeting software and web conferencing tools.
  • Juggle technical and administrative tasks with a sense of urgency, without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Be passionate about quality customer service. We’re looking for someone with a knack for listening who can identify problems and develop clear solutions.
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations with Members with patience and respect.
  • Be organized, detail-oriented, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable. In short, own your role entirely, while being open to critiques, suggestions, and new ideas.
  • Know your stuff and talk about it confidently, accurately, and honestly.
  • Commit to excellence in everything you do.
  • GED or high school diploma.
  • One year of administrative and/or data-entry experience.
  • At least one year of experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment
  • Technical aptitude and proven ability to use web browsers, web applications, and other forms of technology
  • Ability to work 8:30 AM - 5 PM PST

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

  • Experience working with multiple software applications in a customer service environment.
  • Experience using GSuite, Excel, and Salesforce (or their equivalents).
  • General understanding of HIPAA requirements.

During interviews, we'll discuss your qualifications and expectations, striving for a competitive and fair offer. The initial hiring range for this position is: $16.53/hr - $20.67/hr.
