Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Developer (Co-Pilot) with substantial experience in the full life-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of .Net development, Dynamics 365 customization, and integration, along with proficiency in .Net PCF control.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements for Dynamics 365 implementations.
Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring high quality and performance.
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using .Net development tools and techniques, including .Net PCF controls.
Utilize optional skills such as Fluent API, React JS, Power Platform, and Power Automation to enhance functionality and user experience.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications, integrations, and deployments.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 technology and incorporate best practices into development processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6-12 years of development experience with full life-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and development using .Net framework.
Experience with .Net PCF controls for Dynamics 365 customization.
Strong understanding of relational database concepts and intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL.
Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform.
Familiarity with optional skills such as Fluent API, React JS, Power Platform, and Power Automation is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
