Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team for a crucial project involving the full life-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will possess 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions using Dynamics 365, with a specific focus on enhancing customer service modules. If you have a passion for delivering user-friendly solutions and possess expertise in Dynamics 365, .Net, .Net PCF control, Fluent API, and React JS, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
  2. Design, develop, and customize solutions using Dynamics 365, .Net, .Net PCF control, Fluent API, and React JS.
  3. Implement best practices to design screens that are nimble, simple, and user-friendly, enhancing overall usability.
  4. Utilize your strong working knowledge across all Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Service modules to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
  7. Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies to incorporate industry best practices into project deliverables.

Key Requirements:

  1. 6 to 12 years of development experience with full life-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  2. Proficiency in Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on the Customer Service modules.
  3. Expertise in .Net development and .Net PCF control.
  4. Familiarity with Fluent API for Dynamics 365.
  5. Strong proficiency in React JS for front-end development.
  6. Proven experience in designing user-friendly screens to improve usability.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
