What You’ll Do:**

  • Support the GTM teams (especially Sales) with a high-performing SFDC instance and other apps
  • Build and maintain solutions in Sales and Service Cloud
  • Oversee and ensure the creation of in-depth documentation to be used for test plans, use cases, system conceptual design, and the general accessibility of knowledge
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Identify unused or underutilised platform features
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Monitor and improve user adoption

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM101) or equivalent competency
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with change management and big project rollouts
  • Experience with process improvement and/or project management
  • Experience building and maintaining complex Salesforce Flow Automations

Where You’ll Work:

We have offices in Chesterfield in St. Louis County & McKinney, TX ; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office-based. Fully remote employees will stay remote. **
