DutiesAs a Career Ready Program Manager you will: - Serve as a Career Ready Program Manager under the Director, Career Ready Program (CRP), Center of Excellence (CoE) - Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the CRP that provides a central focus for an enterprise approach to employee development by integrating programs and processes into long-range business plans and talent management requirements - Coordinate and integrate strategic talent management program initiatives with management, HRO specialists, Center, Institute, Office (CIO) and Business Services Office (BSO) leaders and other analysts, providing program guidance, oversight, and evaluation - Plan, lead and carry out projects and studies to develop and integrate CRP policy, plans and programs needed to enhance renewal, development, care, and sustainment of a workforce that will fully meet CDC's mission requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, which must include the following experience: - Conducting, planning and/or implementing long- and short-range plans for projects or programs. - Conducting research and analysis of programs to recommend solutions to organizational problems. - Providing advice and/or recommendations to create new or revised policies and procedures.

EducationCopy of your transcripts or equivalent documentation is required for positions with an education requirement, or if you are qualifying based on education or a combination of education and experience. An official transcript will be required if you are selected.

Salary: $122,198 - $158,860 per year
