Job Description: As a Senior User Interface/User Experience Designer, you'll be instrumental in creating user-centric designs that resonate with our audience. Leveraging HCD principles, you will ensure that every design decision prioritizes the needs and experiences of users. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement digital solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and accessible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Conduct comprehensive user research, employing HCD methodologies to derive insights that inform your design strategy. - Translate findings into narratives, frameworks, models, and diagrams, establishing a solid foundation for your design decisions. - Conceptualize, design, evaluate, and help deliver digital experiences, continually assessing their effectiveness against our business goals and user needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs, ensuring they align with both business outcomes and human-centric principles. - Contribute to the evolution of our design practice, enhancing our design language and processes through your expertise in HCD and other design methodologies.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: - A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on Human-centered Design. - Bachelor's degree in HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Science, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related fields, underlining a solid foundation in HCD principles. - Exceptional listening, facilitating, communication, and collaboration skills, underpinned by a commitment to team success and growth. - Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping, with an ability to translate HCD insights into actionable design solutions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - Experience with accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG, etc.) is highly regarded, reflecting our commitment to creating inclusive and accessible experiences. - A portfolio or case studies/presentations showcasing your design work, particularly projects where HCD principles were applied, is required
