Job Description: The Cloud Information Security Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems and data. This individual will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and monitoring for threats in a dynamic cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular security assessments and audits of cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities and risks. - Implement and manage cloud security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption. - Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure cloud deployments comply with security policies and standards. - Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches within cloud environments. - Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud security policies, procedures, and standards. - Provide guidance and training to staff on cloud security best practices.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security. - Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with cloud security frameworks, standards, and best practices. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to cloud security (e.g., NIST, CIS, HIPAA). - Proficiency in security tools and technologies used in cloud environments.

Additional Skills (Preferred): - Experience in federal government Cloud or IT systems, familiar with CIS, NIST standards, and adept at managing government-specific IT environments. - Well-versed in healthcare IT systems, with a focus on compliance with HIPAA regulations and a background in healthcare systems technology.
