What You’ll be Doing** -

Are you looking for a role in Sales and Finance? This role is responsible for maintaining individual sales commissions calculations, providing analytics to support sales incentive payments, generate journals to account for the expense accurately and support balance sheet reconciliations. **

During a Typical Day, You’ll -**

Support the sales organization by providing explanations of the incentive calculation, explanation of the plan provisions and other ad-hoc inquiries. Provide management level reporting covering areas including sales performance, commissions, revenue, and quota attainment.

Sales Incentives

  • Maintain commission calculation files for all eligible participants, including analysis required to support payments
  • Maintain a clean audit trail of all assumptions and inputs being used to facilitate internal audits requirements
  • Ensure calculations are completed accurately by deadlines to allow Sales Compensation Committee to review and approve incentive payments
  • Ensure calculations include explanations about assumptions and changes made.
  • Research and provide a response in a timely manner for all participant queries related to payments
  • Generate journals to account for all commission expense appropriately. Work closely with Accounting Team to load accruals and support Commission Balance Sheet reconciliation process as part of the financial close process
  • Lead variance analysis of the actual vs forecast incentive accruals
  • Support monthly and quarterly analytics on sales performance

FP&A

  • Provide key support for the preparation of the forecast and budget deliverables for the entire Sales organization’s P&L
  • Perform variance analysis of the sales performance metrics and sales compensation accruals
  • Maintain and improve budget and forecast model

What You Bring To The Role

Must-Haves

  • Experienced finance and accounting professional with a BS in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
  • Experience in a financial analysis role including financial and management reporting packages
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel including dashboards, modeling, experience in data manipulation techniques, and strong working knowledge of complex formulae
  • Flexibility is expected to accommodate a partial overlap with the US business hours

Preferred

  • Experience with a global multinational company
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion or other management reporting systems
  • Professional background in revenue accounting and TTEC billing system
  • Experience in reporting process improvement
