Job description

Day to Day :

This person will be the product manager on an agile team.
They will be bringing the work to the team to create user stories, create test criteria, and handle approval for all work that is brought to production environment.
This person will explain why the work is important and why it needs to be done.
They will assist with agile ceremony work: set up for sprints, daily meetings.
Working with Mainframe Cobol engineers; some are very experienced & very knowledgeable to contractors both onshore and offshore.

Demonstrable experience with software development projects
The ability to communicate technical concepts to the business, and business goals to technical teams
The willingness and ability to influence decisions for the team and leaders
