Senior Manager, Treasury at Howmet Aerospace

Responsibilities

Howmet Aerospace is looking for a Senior Manager, Treasury to join our Global Finance team at our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. This position will report to the Associate VP, Treasury and will be a key leader within the treasury organization, focusing on a wide-range of treasury objectives

Primary Focus of this Role:

• Contribute meaningfully to company debt financing initiatives, including bond issuances and associated workstreams
• Support and maintain company commercial paper program to further company liquidity objectives
• Regularly evaluate and recommend financing strategies in support of company liquidity objectives, including oversight of equipment lease financing initiatives and processes
• Assist with AR sales programs, supply chain finance, cash management, and short-term investment processes
• Oversee the company’s captive insurance company, including partnering with the Insurance Team to deploy strategies and processes to improve results
• Establish and manage company real estate processes and governance framework, including management of brokers and partnering with business unit location managers to successfully achieve required results
• Regularly review department processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, compliance, efficiency, and cost
• Partner with Treasury/Finance leadership to meet and/or exceed department goals and objectives
• Collaborate with other senior members within the company to implement company strategies

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Math from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience in treasury, capital markets, or investment banking
• Minimum of 3 (three) years of management/team building experience
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an accredited institution
• Advance certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP)

Salary Range: $135,000 – $170,000/year approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location) **
