This role transcends the conventional realm of an executive assistant; you will be entrusted with the operational helm of our CEO's office. We require a strategic powerhouse capable of driving initiatives relentlessly while upholding an impeccably organized environment. Your primary objective will be to provide indispensable support, enabling our CEO to prioritize critical business endeavors.

Your mission at Algofy: As the Executive Operations Manager, your responsibilities extend far beyond mere task completion. You serve as the guardian of our CEO's time and an indispensable partner in ensuring that the leadership team remains focused on the organization's core objectives. Your mission is to optimize productivity, oversee pivotal operations, and preemptively anticipate requirements, thereby propelling the company toward unprecedented success.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Be: - Drive growth initiatives across multiple verticals, including business development, sales, marketing, recruitment, and partnerships. - Conduct research and gather relevant information to support strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns - Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required by our CEO - Act as a liaison between our CEO and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration - Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner - Assist with the coordination and execution of events, conferences, trade shows and expos - Manage our CEO’s calendar/email: including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion - Perform general administrative tasks, including expense tracking, document management, and record keeping

Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Executive Operations Manager or in a similar role for 2+ years, preferably in a marketing or strategy department - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all work is of high quality - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment - Capable of adapting to changing circumstances, unexpected challenges, and the executive’s evolving needs - Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset - Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - A passion for digital marketing is a plus
