Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant in the Los Angeles area to join their team that is detail oriented, has excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Our client strives to provide a collaborative environment that prioritizes work life balance, growth, and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities
Setting up, confirming, and creating agendas for meetings with clients
Attending meetings and taking notes that are distributed to attendees
Updating client and event information in the companies CRM systems
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
Creating weekly and monthly reports
Updating the company website weekly
Updating the company's blog and LinkedIn pages weekly
Using Mailchimp to send out emails to clients weekly
Setting up, coordinating, and attending webinars with the firm partners
Occasionally attend expos, conferences, and other events in the Los Angeles area
Administrative support to all departments
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with CRMs is a plus
Experience setting up different virtual platforms for video calls
Experience using graphic design programs is a plus
Experience with E newsletter marketing with MailChimp is a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills
1+ year of experience working as part of a marketing team in some capacity
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position is personable and enjoys working on a team. This position needs someone who is well-spoken, detail oriented, and can accurately capture notes and relevant information into a CRM.
