Description
Interns will get exposure to outbound recruiting passive
talent. Through hands-on learning and exposure to real-world outbound
recruitment challenges, you will gain valuable skills and knowledge that will
prepare you for a successful career in recruitment. By working closely with the
top management and focusing on recruitment, you will have the chance to learn
about the various aspects of recruitment and develop your knowledge of the
talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process
2. Identify and hire the best talent through outbound and inbound
techniques
3. Evaluate candidates’ strengths and commitments
4. Assisting with the creation of job descriptions and posting job openings
5. Participating in team meetings and providing input on recruitment
strategies
Qualifications
1. Strong interest towards recruitment
2. Recruiting and interviewing skills
3. Effective communication skills
4. Excellent in English communication – oral & written
5. Self-starter and ability to operate with minimum supervision

home
Compensation
You will
get a stipend of ₹20,000 per month only for the internship, if you work full
time. If it is part-time, it will be proportionate.
