VIVA Virtual Assistants are skilled and experienced professionals who can help business owners based in the US generate more revenue.

Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative assistance, Back Office, and client-facing positions. They will play a crucial role in Supporting Business Operations and different stakeholders by ensuring the completion of all back-office tasks and reporting and handling customer success.


Requirements

  • Advanced English Skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing Roles.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant role is a plus.
  • Experience in the Insurance Industry is a plus.
  • Experience with word processing software and spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills and etiquette.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Solid organizational skills.
