Your missions

Job Description:  

Innofied is looking for Business Development Managers with strong experience in various marketplaces. This is a techno-commercial role and the desired candidate should have the ability to communicate with clients, gather functional requirements for web and mobile development projects, and close deals with minimal supervision. Note: We are not looking for people working in large sized organizations like HCL, TCS, etc. 


Job Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop sales strategies through different channels and marketplaces like Upwork, Guru, Fiverr. 

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by bidding on contracts and responding to requests for proposals. 

  • Set up meetings with clients, understand requirements and propose business services and solutions.

  • Discuss with technical managers to get effort estimates.

  • Negotiate with clients and close deals. 

  • Collaborate with the team to continuously build and upgrade sales and pre-sales related material.

Job Requirements

  • Should have understanding of web and mobile app development ecosystem 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to stay updated on latest technology trends

  • Ability to work under deadline.

  • Ability to gather requirements and create documentation. 

  

Must haves

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience in closing from marketplaces  

  • Availability to travel and work outside normal hours and "on-call."



Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales

  • 60% marks throughout.
