Requirements

• Proven experience in successfully implementing Atlassian products.
  
• Comfortable working independently within client environments.
  
• Skilled at architecting solutions based on best practices for Atlassian products.
  
• Up-to-date with Atlassian product best practices.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
  
• Strong communication and relationship management capabilities.
  
• Quick learning abilities for understanding client-specific processes.
  
• Jira and Confluence certifications are highly beneficial.
  
• Additional technical expertise in Atlassian administration is advantageous, including:
  • Planning and executing installation, deployment, and tuning of Atlassian instances.
    
  • Configuring advanced system settings like user directories or SSO.
    
  • Assisting with merging or migrating Atlassian instances.
    
• Proficient in leading, mentoring, and coaching clients and team members remotely.
  
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  
• Eagerness to learn and stay current with evolving software technologies.
  
• Self-motivated with an active role in the community.
  
• Required to have a work schedule overlapping with Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  
• Must have reliable high-speed internet access.
