Job Description:

As an AWS DevOps Engineer you will play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining our AWS based infrastructure to ensure the reliability, security and scalability of our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes, enhance system performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers to understand application requirements and ensure seamless deployment and scaling on AWS
  

• Prepare and deploy AWS resources in order to support current and future product strategies.
  

• Ensure correct operation of development, staging and production environment for all products.
  

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Github, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline
  

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize AWS resources
  

• Ensure the security and compliance of AWS resources by implementing best practices and security policies
  

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to define and implement DevOps practice
  

• Stay updated with AWS services and industry best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations
  

• Provide support for critical systems when necessary 
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on AWS
  

• Strong proficiency in AWS services, including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda and others
  

• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages such as Python, PHP, React, YAML, etc.
  

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices
  

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  

• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or LMS will be an advantage
