As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing
- the channel partners & End Customers sales
- across India & Himalayan Countries and GCC
- Target client Sectors: Govt/UN/Social Sector, Pvt Sector (Organized & Unorganized) viz., Startups and MSMEs).
- Target Industries/Eco systems: Regulated (RBI/NPCI/GeM/IRDAI/CERT), Service Providers, MSME Groups, Agriculture (NABARD), Startups (at Incubation Centre), Colleges, Group Companies, Hospitals, SaaS Product Companies, Cloud Market Places, MSSPs, OEM Product Security Companies, NGO/Charities, Aerospace & Defence, Realestate, etc.,
- You will identify, onboard, enable & build strong and sustainable relationships with partners to propel our rural startup (with transparent and fair support to stakeholders) to the next level & meet/exceed defined sales targets.
- Analyze multiple market factors to recommend business solutions basis customer & partner needs.
- Responsible for the overall growth, health, revenue, value to customers
- Establish strong relationship with all key decision makers
- Ability to work in a flat hierarchy/start-up environment, delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with partners.
- Will spend time "teaching the partners how to fish" & go on end-user sales calls with the partner.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives
- Provide partner feedback
- Track Partner opportunities in CRM

Requirements
- Burning Desire / Passion for Sales
OR
- 5+ years of experience in Services, OEM and Investments.
- Experience in building business and marketing plans with partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local Indian languages.
- Prior experience with smaller, growing companies.
- Focus on customer value rather than pure sales.
