Job description

This is a remote position.

We are on the lookout for a Principal Full Stack Engineer with a proven record of optimizing and automating across various platforms and applications. The role demands a professional adept at architecting applications, innovating, and iterating on ideas, as well as delivering practical and performant solutions to complex business issues in collaboration with Product Owners.

Requirements
  • Deep experience in application architecture, innovation, and iteration.
  • Capability to lead a team of software developers to deliver product roadmaps.
  • Proficiency in collaborating on code reviews and debugging failing tests.
  • Strong coordination skills with product owners for idea generation and feedback loops.
  • Experience with NodeJS and Java, and familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and Angular.
  • Comfort with DevOps tools and practices, including a broad range of AWS services, Apache Kafka, message queues, prototyping, unit tests, automation, and continuous integration.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on optimization and a bias for action.
  • Keenness to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and actively engage in the community.
  • Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
