Title: Staffing Vendor Manager

Company: Infrabyte

Location: Initially remote (work from home), later at our office in Delhi, India.

Job Description: Infrabyte is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Vendor Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in new staffing business, adding new clients to Infrabyte, and managing existing clients. This role involves taking requirements from clients and passing them on to the hiring team. The Vendor Manager(staffing and resource)will also be expected to generate new business by adding new clients and meeting set expectations and targets.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business in staffing.

• Add new clients to Infrabyte’s portfolio.

• Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.

• Take requirements from clients and pass them on to the hiring team.

• Meet or exceed set expectations and targets for new client acquisition.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

• Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to drive strategic staffing and resource growth.

• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong networking skills and the ability to develop relationships with potential clients.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

• Proven ability in project and staffing vendor management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

 

Good to Have:

Existing connections and network to onboard client and start business immediately.
