Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

A client of ours is seeking a remote consutlant for a 6 month contract to start, ideally those that have a SFMC certification. As a “Marketing Operations Technician�/SFMC consultant with the Marketing Technology (MarTech) team in the Global Platform Development organization, you will join a cross functional team of world-class marketing operations and engineers, and help us migrate our marketing campaigns, notifications, and outbound messaging from a legacy MarTech stack to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Our MarTech team is responsible for inbound and outbound communication and messaging that connect us with our client’s customers daily. These messages include email, SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, and more.

Desired experience and skillset:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
    • Platform setup, management and configuration
    • Interaction Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder
  • 3+ years of data design and development experience
    • SQL, FTP/SFTP, Teradata, etc
  • Public cloud platform knowledge, specifically with AWS and S3
  • Experience in an Agile/Kanban development environment is preferred
  • Passion for self-driven, continuous learning, both in and out of the office.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to be able to convey technical and operational issues and details to non-technical users.
