Responsibilities:

· An experienced Product Owner should have worked for a minimum of one year in the role, or in a similar one, such as Product Management.

· They should have a good knowledge of software development and other relevant web technologies.

· They should also be familiar with agile processes.

· They should be able to stick to timelines and measure progress during development

· Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.

· Collaborates with stakeholders and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirement in a fast-paced environment.

· Defining the vision for the team's product along with the Product/Project Manager

· Co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment

· Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.

· Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

· Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap for products he/she is responsible for.

· Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

· Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

· Leads the product functional design process

· Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of solutions, reporting and integrations (APIs, SFTP), real time alerts, etc.

· Must have healthcare experience .

· Experience in HL7, EDIs is good to have.

· Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements

· Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development

· Developing user stories

· Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

· Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates

· Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

· Must have a detailed understanding of how providers, payers, health systems, and community organizations. Experience with these entities will be an added advantage.

Qualifications for Product Owner :

· Master's in business administration preferred

· Minimum 2 years experience as a product owner in the industry

· Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process

· In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

· Successful track record of developing products within deadlines

· Excellent attention to detail

· Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative and innovative thinker. In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology

· Working knowledge of product development architecture

· Proficiency in the use of analytic tools

· Ability to prioritize effectively

· Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles

· Excellent oral and written communication

· Ability to work with large teams

· Understanding of design quality standards
