Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Deputy Managing Director to manage our clients burgeoning professional services business. If you are a passionate leader with a knack for strategic management and a proven track record in the professional service sector, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day operations of our professional services business.
Assisting the Managing Director in strategizing and executing business plans.
Ensuring quality of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Building and nurturing relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Supervising and mentoring staff, promoting positive work environment.

Requirements

Relevant University Degree.
5 -8 years of experience in managing professional services.
Native English Speaker.
Residency in Prague, Czech Republic.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Working Conditions.

Four days a week commitment.
Work from our client's Head office in Votice one day a week.
Work from our client's Prague office one day a week.
Flexibility to work from home the remaining two days.
