Role
1. Handle Payroll management (via GlobalView, our internally developed CRM)
a) Prepare pay slips
b) Maintain Proof of expenses archives - Expense Reimbursement Process Management
c) Confirm Allowances
d) Confirm Commissions/Bonus
2. Ensure the timely local tax declarations process for our consultants
3. Manage both On/Off-boarding process including confirm the consultant’s labor contract content, meet our local consultant for face to face contract signature, etc.
4. Be responsible for updating local Immigration & Employment policies as well as Employee Tax-related Compliance knowledge base
5. Answer our sales people’s questions about local regulations, when needed
6. Support sourcing of Korean candidates via job postings + face to face interviews, when needed
Requirements
Must-Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 1-year work experience in HR or BtoB Services Company
• Native Korean Speaker. Fluency in English.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Organized, reliable, autonomous and flexible.
Like-To-Haves:
• Any other language proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations in South Korea.
