UpTeam is a Silicon Valley based Software Development Consulting company with advanced cloud engineering expertise. Our clients are industry leaders like Amazon, GE, Symphony, Sinclair Group, Gap, Express and many growing VC funded technology start-ups.
We work in the first-remote format and have distributed SW development teams in Russia, CIS, Europe with co-working hubs in St.Petersburg & Prague.
We are looking for the Internal Communications Manager who will:
Lead projects on a wide range of employees engagement initiatives
Develop and maintain the program of company-wide activities to inspire employees to share best practice, and ensure employee engagement based on company Values
Adjust and create new company processes and regular activities to increase retention and employee satisfaction
Organize regular engaging online and offline events for employees
Help with onboarding and effective personal development meetings
Keep employee management system fully up to date, including personal data, tech stack and other information
Run regular surveys to track employee motivation, collect feedback and arrange relevant actions
Organize and assist with company professional events (internal meetups, competence groups, trainings, English classes)
Participate in HR branding activities (photos on the websites, blogposts, employee feedbacks on the web, etc)
Report to management on a set of KPIs
Manage employees engagement budget and vendors.
