Main purpose of job

 

To generate leads and appointments on behalf of clients as directed by your Manager

 

 



Requirements

Key result areas / key tasks / main duties

 

  • Reaching either 140 calls per 7 hour day or 1 hour 52 minutes of call duration per 7 hour day.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with clients
  • Managing and maintaining databases for individual campaigns, including updating notes and writing clear and thorough notes for appointments or leads.
  • Attending meetings and training sessions with clients
  • Attending meetings and training sessions with staff and managers
  • Completing end of campaign reports as directed by managers.
  • Abiding by rules as directed by the staff handbook
  • Respecting the company equipment, eg. Computers, telephones etc.
  • To behave appropriately during client visits.
