Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Manager to lead our team of Digital Business Developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B edtech sales and experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve sales targets. The candidate should be passionate about technology and have the ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities:

· Being able to make effective presentations to the C-Suite, Business Leaders

· Good understanding of the EdTech space and how Digital Transformation solutions Like Agile, RPA, Generative AI, Digital Sales and Data Analytics help in productivity

· Being a self-motivated individual and driven towards sales

· Develop and implement digital sales strategies to grow the enterprise B2B segment

· Lead and motivate a team of Digital Business Developers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs

· Build relationships with key clients and partners

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales pitches and marketing materials

· Analyze sales data and report on team performance

· Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills

· Manage the team's daily activities, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales pipeline management

· Ensure that the team adheres to company policies and procedures



Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

· Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and leading sales teams

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing and technology

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and remotely

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Analytical and strategic thinking skills

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
