Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description for Alliance Manager: 


  • Identify and offer higher education program, professional certification, and lifelong learning solutions to the Higher Education institutes (Universities, Polytechnics, Vocational Colleges) and Private Training providers, 

  • Support partner onboarding processs, not limiting to program validation, implement business planning and review processes, co-build and execute high profile branding campaign, develop aggressive sales-driven demand generation campaigns to achieve and exceed their student target, 

  • Ensure partners sales and marketing teams are equipped with competent skills and ability to manage and convert marketing qualified leads into close won, 

  • Lead the student recruitment and admission initiatives with partners and sales teams to assume all sales targets, and KPI. 












Requirements

Requirement:






Highly experience in launching training related product to new and existing channels

Experience working with University and Private training institutions to drive massive student recruitment

Experience working with Learning Solution providers, and authorised training providers to offer training solution to the Higher Education sector

Experience selling professional and academic programmes, learning management services, EdTech solutions directly to the higher institutions and enterprises

Experience working with the higher education and vocational authorities to structure and validate academic programmes












Added Advantage:





Senior business relationship with Higher Institutions, Private Training Providers, Education Foundations, Higher Education and Vocational authorities

Strong understanding of Higher Education policy, Distance and Online education, program validation processes, program structuring, curriculum mapping framework

Natural sales leader with established senior relationship with learning solution providers, solution integrators, training providers
