While Trade School is a remote-friendly workplace, this position requires a hybrid work schedule, including frequent in-person internal and client meetings in Atlanta, GA. 

 

What You Do

The Account Supervisor will partner with Trade School cross-functional teams and The Home Depot Retail Media+ department leaders to provide strategic leadership & drive the growth and success of the retail media network. Proven expertise in project management & account management as well as a working knowledge of retail media networks will be essential in being an effective leader in this role. This position requires someone who is nimble, has sharp communication skills, and is a critical thinker, paired with the ability to lead integrated agency teams to deliver great work. Account Supervisors should have a solid understanding of the vast range of marketing and advertising channels, the client’s business, and the agency’s profitability model.

 

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate core project management experience including problem-solving, timeline and financial management, obsessive organization, and servant leadership
  • Oversee a variety of projects, and their lifecycle, from conception and planning to implementation and delivery
  • Ensure the agency’s work is a reflection of our integrated expertise and is executed to the highest level of quality and aligned with overarching client objectives and goals
  • Showcase an aptitude to anticipate potential roadblocks for agency and client teams, and proactively seek solutions to ensure team and projects remain on track
  • Establish and grow client’s confidence by possessing knowledge of all client initiatives, including those delegated to cross-functional teams
  • Possess a deep understanding of the client’s business to identify opportunities for incremental projects and assignments, with the agency’s goals in mind
  • Generate advocacy and pioneer ideas and opportunities by processing a strong knowledge of the retail media category, emerging trends, and the latest technology
  • Personify Trade School’s culture and set the standard for collaborative relationships



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably at an agency, consulting firm, and/or Fortune 500 organization 
  • Proven experience in strategic leadership, preferably in the retail media or digital advertising industry
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in thinking on your feet when presented with obstacles to an initial plan
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required
