Job description

General Summary:

  • Supports Scanscape and Circana’s business through managing collection of causal data in retail stores for your region
  • Supervise a team of remotely deployed Field Service Representative (up to 150 part-time employees)
  • Manage all FSR field execution delivered at an acceptable to high quality level
  • Seek and secure coverage for open stores and store/task outages
  • Participate in the collection set-up review and validation (dry runs) processes and serve as the field collection Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Support New Hires after their training release
  • Manage FSR performance specific to store completion and quality
  • Successfully coach FSR performance identified by Regional Manager
  • Deliver against a set of client satisfaction and operational objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly manages employees.
  • Field Manager will provide guidelines, limitations, quality and quantity expectations, deadlines and priorities. Additionally, you will provide specific instructions for new, difficult, or unusual assignments.
  • Assures that the work completed is accurate and in compliance with company standards.
  • Manage: any additional training needed and any other performance issues

Work Requirements:

  • Ability to travel by driving across a 3-4 state territories as needed
  • Weekend or outside 9a-5p hours may be required
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand during scanning time in the store
  • Any additional requirements as required by direct manager
