Job Description:
We are looking for technically proficient candidates who can manage and optimize data processes within our SAP environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with data extraction to SAP Datasphere, be proficient in SAP Data Modeling techniques, and have a good understanding of SAP Analytics in the Cloud. Responsibilities:
Data Extraction to SAP Datasphere:
• Develop and maintain data extraction processes from various sources to SAP Datasphere.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability during the extraction process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data extraction issues promptly.

SAP Data Modeling:
• Create and maintain data models in SAP to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business users to understand data modeling needs.
• Optimize data models for performance and efficiency.

SAP Analytics in Cloud:
• Work with SAP Analytics Cloud or related cloud-based analytics tools.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining analytics dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Data Quality and Governance:
• Implement data quality standards and ensure data governance best practices are followed.
• Participate in data quality improvement initiatives and data cleansing activities.

Documentation and Training:
• Create and maintain documentation related to data extraction, data modeling, and analytics processes.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather data requirements.
• Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on data initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years experience in data extraction to SAP Datasphere, with a deep understanding of data integration principles.
• Strong expertise in SAP Data Modeling, including hands-on experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to or experience with SAP Analytics in the Cloud (SAC) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
