Location: Any Arts Council Office outside London (Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Cambridge, Brighton, or Bristol) (The role will be based at the office base listed; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week) **
Introduction & Role Details**
Arts Council England is looking for a full-time Delivery Manager, Transformation, and the role comes with a salary of £35,225 and excellent benefits.
You’ll be joining a new flexible and agile transformation team at the Arts Council which is delivering against the ‘How the Arts Council will Change’ commitment in our strategy, Let’s Create, and in our Delivery Plan (theme 5 of the 2021-24 delivery plan). We are focused on enabling the organisation to become more user focused, improving the digital experience, and ensuring our people have the skills they need to deliver the ambition of Let’s Create.
This is an exciting role, initially designing project management and monitoring process, and then operating as a flexible and deployable resource working on different projects at different times across the Arts Council. As such we’re looking for someone who understands the challenge of working with change, can anticipate where change may lead and identity changing priorities.
As a Delivery Manager, you will manage the delivery of change projects, also known as Beacon Projects. You will work with Senior Managers to provide clear oversight, risk management and monitoring of projects within the transformation programme.
