This transformative role is tailored for an experienced B2B SaaS revenue marketer who thrives on driving change and making an impact, reporting directly to our Senior Director of Demand Generation. With digital-first focus, you will lead the planning and executing of programs that drive high-quality leads and revenue growth for PrimePay’s small and medium business (SMB) segments. The role owns achieving pipeline goals, working closely with sales and marketing to optimize logo acquisition, deal size, deal velocity, and conversion across the funnel.

What you will be doing: - Develop and execute short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to grow the total marketable audience and engage, nurture, and convert prospects - Drive targeted demand efforts for each of our sales segments through omni-channel personalized experiences to our target audiences - Execute and optimize growth marketing programs to drive new logo MQLs and pipeline goals - Work with a team of digital marketing professionals to determine relevant promotional channels, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, display, review sites, forums, publishers, and syndicators - Create a deep understanding of both the product and the customer journey - Develop and execute email marketing strategy to grow total marketable audience and engage, nurture, and convert prospects - Help plan and execute our local events, tradeshows and online events
Success will come if you have: - 2+ years experience in demand generation and/or customer acquisition for high-growth tech companies. Experience in SMB is a plus - Proven experience in optimizing digital media, including search, social and display platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, AdRoll, Facebook, publishers, and syndicators - HubSpot and SFDC experience and proficiency in ABM, intent marketing, and other martech tools - Proven quantitative and problem-solving skills to analyze and communicate insights to inform decisions - Excellent project management skills (ideally with tools such as Asana) with proven experience meeting deadlines, comfortable with a fast-paced environment - Growth mindset. A builder mentality who is not afraid to take risks, make decisions, and deliver business outcomes
