What you’ll do:
  • Carry out start-ups of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) at client sites, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Program DELTA digital control systems.
  • Calibrate detection and actuation devices.
  • Assemble control panels.
  • Adjust graphic interfaces.
  • Maintain start-up documentation.
  • Provide training to clients.
  • Provide the necessary technical service to clients during start-ups and ensure appropriate communication between the various stakeholders at the client’s site and within Regulvar.
  • Apply the best start-up practices in compliance with standards and the best health and safety practices.
Your qualifications:
  • DEC/College diploma in a relevant field (building mechanics, industrial electronics, electrical engineering, computer systems technology, instrumentation and control)
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers
  • Knowledge of textual programming (Basic, C++, GCL)
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite tools
  • ASP card for general health and safety on construction sites
  • Driver’s license (class 5)

  • Ability to work in collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the projects
  • Ability to interact with clients

  • Knowledge of Delta products
  • Knowledge of computer and telecommunication networks
