Position Focus**
This position provides comprehensive clinical scheduling for the department at the highest level of administrative and secretarial support. Receives high volume of incoming calls and faxes and assesses the nature and urgency of the inquiry in order to determine assistance and/or direct the caller. This position is currently working a remote schedule. We also have hybrid and other flexible work arrangements available. **
Essential Duties**
Required Education And Experience
Four years of related work experience, two of them in the same job family at the next lower level, and a high school education; or two years of related work experience and an Associate degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and education. **
Required Skill/Ability 1**
Demonstrated experience with high volume calls. Strong computer skills. Demonstrated strong communication skills both written and oral, to effectively inform and understand client needs. **
Required Skill/Ability 2**
Ability to work productively and independently under pressure with constant and varied interruptions and manage a broad variety of tasks and shifting priorities in a changing environment. Proven ability to be self-motivated. **
Required Skill/Ability 3**
Strong attention to accuracy and timeliness. Excellent attendance. **
Required Skill/Ability 4**
Demonstrated ability working in a dermatology practice. **
